Delicate and light, this raw honey opens with the soft floral sweetness of Acacia, followed by the mellow, slightly tangy notes of Mediterranean Hawthorn. The finish is gently herbal and aromatic, thanks to the presence of wild Myrtus, adding a rounded depth without overpowering. A smooth, elegant honey with a distinctly Mediterranean character.

 

The result of an unusually dry and cold spring in the Troodos Mountain, this multifloral Honey has been produced in very limited quantities.
