In case you find the products you've bought from agno grocery unsatisfactory, we offer a refund in the form of a gift card as per the terms outlined in this policy.

agno grocery gladly accepts returns for items bought from our store along with a receipt, within a 7-day period from the date of purchase. We will reimburse you with a gift card worth the value of the returned product's purchase price.

Products that are damaged and opened might not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

For all returns, presenting the receipt is mandatory. If you've misplaced your receipt, our in-store team can attempt to locate the purchase record. However, if the receipt can't be found, the return won't be accepted.

To initiate a return, visit the agno grocery store @ Gladstonos 59B, 3040, Limassol, Cyprus along with the item and the payment method used, within the specified return timeframe. 

Please note, agno grocery retains the right to refuse or restrict refunds in cases where a receipt is absent or if the return is initiated more than 7 days after the purchase date.

Gift cards issued from agno grocery are non-returnable and cannot be converted to cash or credit.

Products that are filled in personal containers and/or paper bags cannot be returned due to concerns related to public health safety.
