We do our best to ensure every item you receive from agno grocery is in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🌱 Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or something you ordered is missing or out of stock, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

 

You can choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • A store credit for future use.

Just let us know what works best for you. Please email us at hello@agnogrocery.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos help too!).

↩️ Can I return something if I change my mind?

Because we’re a small, low-waste store, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Many of our products are food, hygiene or refill items and we cannot resell them once opened or handled. Thank you for understanding and supporting our zero-waste values.

🚚 What if I entered the wrong shipping info?

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it — but the shipping cost will need to be covered again.
