To make simmer, simmer 50g of oats with 350ml of milk or water for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until creamy. Fine oats cook faster than rolled oats and create a smoother, creamier, or more porridge-like texture. Serve with toppings like fruit, honey, or nuts.
