Add one teaspoon of dried nettle. Bring water to a rapid boil in a tea kettle or a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add in the nettle tea leaves using a tea strainer. Steep the leaves in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the more powerful the flavour will become. Remove the tea leaves and pour the tea into your cup. Add sweetener if desired and enjoy!
