Matcha is a fine powder made from young green tea leaves from Japan. This drink is made it into lemonade with organic mandarin juice from Sicily and only sweetened it with an apple. Matcha contains a lot of antioxidants and natural caffeine, but thanks to the amino acid L-theanine, unlike coffee, it has a long-lasting effect and improves concentration and memory.
