A Kombucha brewing workshop with Demos Katsouris, founder of Mikro Kombucha. Learn how to brew your own Kombucha, the fundamentals of brewing and the endless possibilities of flavouring it. Enjoy plenty of tastings, some nibbles and sample our secret limited-edition brews before anyone else. Plus, take home a SCOBY so you can continue brewing probiotics at home!

Anyone can participate – the workshop is designed for beginners! Perfect for a small group of friends, couples, or individuals eager to explore a new hobby.
 Workshop includes:- Introduction to kombucha: what is it, brief history and health benefits. 
- Kombucha tasting: trying the 4 Mikro kombucha flavours.
- Brewing demo: live demo of brewing kombucha, flavouring and bottling (first and second fermentation)
- Introduction to kombucha fermentation dynamics and key brewing parameters.
- Introduction to the different tea types and how they can be used in kombucha.
- Overview of equipment needed to become a kombucha home brewer
- Expert tips and tricks:  how to make amazingly tasty and healthy kombucha, care for your scoby, and become a home brewer
- Q&A:  answering all your questions about kombucha brewing

- To ensure everyone enjoys the full experience, we have only one important rule and that is to please be on time. If you're more than 20 minutes late, we won't be able to accommodate you.

  • More than 5 days before the workshop: Cancel for a 100% cash refund or choose store credit for a future workshop.
  • Within 5 days (up to 24 hours before the workshop): Cancellations are eligible for 100% store credit (no cash refund).
  • Less than 24 hours before the workshop or no-show: The booking is non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
