To honour International Kimchi Day 23rd November, we’re gathering to make kimchi together - the traditional Korean way!

 

We’ll have a hands-on kimchi-making station where you’ll prepare, season, and make your own whole-leaf kimchi (not the cut version!) and pack it into a jar to take home to ferment.

 

Kimchi tasting included! Discover different styles and flavours while we make, mix, and chat.

 

All ingredients and materials provided - you’ll leave with your own jar ready to ferment at home.

This workshop is for adults only and will be held in English!

All levels welcome - no previous experience needed.

  • More than 5 days before the workshop: Cancel for a 100% cash refund or choose store credit for a future workshop.
  • Within 5 days (up to 24 hours before the workshop): Cancellations are eligible for 100% store credit (no cash refund).
  • Less than 24 hours before the workshop or no-show: The booking is non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
