Regular Laundry Loads: use about 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 grams) of sodium percarbonate per load. Heavily Soiled Loads: use 4-5 tablespoons (60-75 grams) per load. Pre-Soaking Stains: Dissolve 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 grams) in 4 liters of hot water and soak the garments for at least 30 minutes before washing.
