A long grain white rice ideal for soups and stuffed vegetables. When cooked, the extra long grains remain loose and separate for a fluffy consistency perfect for any meal of the day! Grown in Northern Greece & Thessaloniki.

Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cup water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer for 50 min. Remove from heat (with lid on) and steam for 10 minutes.
